Graham will talk about continuous improvement and how Brother has become the leading player in this country’s printer market.

Graham joined Brother in 1981 as Marketing Manager and became Chairman of the Board in 1985. In 2002 he was presented with the Executive Award (for Excellence and Management Skills) by the President of Brother Industries, Japan – the top Executive Award for all Brother worldwide companies. Brother NZ have won two Global Presidents awards for Marketing in the past 6 years.

Under his leadership, Brother has become the leader in its field in New Zealand.

In addition to his New Zealand role, Graham has been Group Leader for Marketing in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa working across 14 Brother companies from Korea to South Africa. From 2008 - 2014 he was Deputy Chairman of the Pacific Cooperation Foundation, a charitable trust working to increase cooperation between New Zealand and Pacific nations.

Educated in both New Zealand and the USA, Graham is an international speaker on business issues and is a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Management.
