If you've attended a Wellington Business Network event, or yet to come along, this is for you.

Business philanthropy is good marketing and great for business, especially when it’s directed at a good-cause that helps peoples’ wellbeing in a fundamental and dramatic way, and boosts the health of our regional economy.

That’s especially the case where the support is made easily affordable, for anyone, and the investment returns exceed the investment.

Proposition

Pay just $1 per day ($30 per month as a tax deductable donation) to Research For Life (Wellington Medical Research Foundation), and members join the Wellington Business Network Club.

We ask that you commit for a minimum of two years. Inside two years we aim to have at least 100 members in the club.

Cement a position as a preeminent member of the Wellington Business Network
Bragging rights for marketing. Put the Research For Life logo on your website and print material. Members’ websites could also contain a page about Research For Life and its work.
You’re listed as a member supporter in the Network website together with a link to a Business Profile Page in the website, with links to your own website.
If you wish, we’ll shoot a YouTube video (45 seconds approx) of you, telling the world about your business/organisation (Elevator Pitch). The end caption will mention membership of the Wellington Business Network Club and support for Research For Life.
Automatically, you join ArtsClub Wellington where event tickets and discounts are offered.
You have access to a special login area of the Wellington Business Network website (club members only) where the following is available:
Easy form-based upload of business content for wide public exposure. Uploads can be:
- Events
- Media Releases
- Blog posts.
Forum space where members can:
- Make and ask for referrals with other members
- Seek help with issues
- Offer advice and comment on business issues.
